Success Stories
I chose to work with Michelle after a friend of friend referred her. I had a terrible experience with another leading firm who was supposed to support me through the endorsement process. Michelle was the complete opposite experience, from the initial 15 minute call, Michelle was direct, friendly, professional and motivated to meet me at the pace I needed to get the endorsement completed on an accelerated timeline. Her depth of knowledge from the initial call made me realise I needed to immediately switch to her services. We rapidly followed up with her tried and true strategy session into her bespoke visa endorsement package. I was on an accelerated timeline to apply and she was incredibly available and responsive to get my endorsement submitted under 4-6 weeks. Michelle is a rare combination of collaborative, competent and hard-working. I would not have been able to navigate the confusing, ever changing and often contradictory requirements for the Global Talent Visa. Michelle was able to ask the right questions and think strategically about how to help me tell my story in the best way possible, without her I certainly would not have received this visa.

Given the complexity of the Global Talent Visa process, I knew I needed expert guidance, and working with Michelle was the best investment I made. She quickly understood my profile, provided clear strategic direction, and guided me through every aspect of my application with tailored, thoughtful feedback. Her structured approach made the process feel manageable, while her encouragement helped me present my achievements with confidence and clarity. Thanks to her support, I secured my endorsement, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

After knowing that the average acceptance rate for the GTV was around 50%, I knew that I should not apply alone. I was recommended to Michelle by a friend who had a great experience working with her. I contacted Michelle to have her free 15 minute discovery call. After that call, it was very clear to me that she was the right choice as Michelle is without a doubt an expert when it comes to the GTV in Digital Technology. My advice for anyone applying would be to first complete Michelle’s eligibility questionnaire and book a free 15 minute discovery call with Michelle. That way, you can quickly find out whether you are eligible. If you proceed to work with Michelle, then your odds to get endorsed will go up from 50% to 90%!

Just when I was starting to feel overwhelmed and confused by the application for the UK Global Talent Visa, Michelle came in like a huge blessing. I took her bespoke coaching, and even though I was a bit hesitant in the beginning, I now feel it was the BEST investment I made in securing the endorsement!
From the very first consultation, I could tell that she had a deep understanding of the requirements and nuances of the UK Global Talent visa endorsement, which put me at ease and gave me the confidence that my application was in capable hands.

I found Michelle’s video on YouTube and after a bit of research I noticed that Michelle was the most focussed and trustworthy consultant on the very specific topic of how to get the Global Talent Visa.
We had an initial strategy session before I started writing the application and another review session before I submitted it. Michelle provided me with a 24 page review of my entire application. Without her inputs on my application, I would have presented a lot of things in a way which was not what the assessors were looking for.

I just wanted to get in touch with some really exciting news — I just received confirmation of Endorsement for Exceptional Promise from Tech Nation!
Your membership area and our strategy session were so helpful in my journey. Especially the strategy session, where we could talk through my experience, potential evidence, and put together a convincing and compelling story that supported a successful application. Thank you!
Kirstin, Product Manager, Health Tech start upExceptional Promise 2023 Before connecting with you, I was quite concerned about how my broad background would fit into the criteria for the Tech Nation Visa. Your strategy session helped me focus my application on the parts of my experience that's most relevant and, using the provided templates, I was able to put together a strong application. I subsequently received my endorsement within 3 weeks of submission on my first attempt and I received my Global Talent visa 2 weeks later. Thank you Michelle!

"I remember feeling extremely overwhelmed but I was drawn to Michelle because she knew exactly how I was feeling as she had gone through the same thing I was about to go through. She made the application process very enjoyable but she kept her eyes on our goals and held me accountable on all my weekly deliverables.
We worked really hard and we had the cause to laugh harder when I got my endorsement a day after submission.
I am thankful for the experience to work with one of the best there is!"
