I encourage you to start thinking about your plans for 2025, which also include reflecting on your year in 2024. Did you have a list of intentions or goals for your job, set any career aspirations, look at improving your leadership skills or consider applying for the GTV but didn’t? That is ok, life happens and the best thing you can do is learn from your past and set new intentions and goals to help you get you back on track.
