About the UK Global Talent Visa

The UK Global Talent Visa in Digital Technology is a special visa that allows highly skilled tech talent to apply for the right to live and work in the UK for up to five years. It is a two stage process where you must first be endorsed with an Exceptional Talent or an Exceptional Promise by meeting the strict criteria set by the endorsing body and then you can apply for the Global Talent Visa.

Hi! I'm Michelle Hua

I am a UK Global Talent Visa Coach and Recipient and I help highly skilled tech entrepreneurs and talent with the Stage 1 endorsement for the UK Global Talent Visa in Digital Technology.

In 2016, I was endorsed with Exceptional Talent for my work in advocating for women and diversity in tech and for developing innovative technology for my UK tech start up, Made With Glove. I received the UK Global Talent Visa to live and work in the UK and became the Ambassador for the UK Global Talent Visa in Digital Technology (formerly #TechNationVisa Scheme). In just three years, I received my Indefinite Leave to Remain Visa in the UK and became a British Citizen. I have helped over 1000 applicants by coaching them on the Stage 1 endorsement process and my success rate is 90% while the endorsement rate is 54%. Some of my clients have received a response within 3 to 27 hours after submitting their Stage 1 endorsement applications while it can take up to 8 weeks.

I was previously a commercial property law solicitor in Australia and New Zealand and I hold Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Curtin University) and Law (Murdoch University) from Perth, Western Australia.
